The 22nd Annual Sagebrush Classic, that raises money for the Deschutes Children's Foundation and other regional children's charities, begins in a little over a month, July 16-17, 2010. The Blacksmith's Chef Gavin McMichael will be participating in the Sagebrush Classic with 17 other world-class national and international chefs. "It's the main event of the summer," says Chef Gavin, "having the opportunity to work with some fantastic Chef's from around the world and support Deschutes County children's charities makes the Sagebrush one of the highlights of my year."
