A great South of the border flavor, made with nationally renowned hatch green chiles from Hatch, New Mexico. A combination of heat, herbs, and citrus that is great on all things BBQ. Put on steak, chicken, pork, and fish. It is particularly good on salmon.

Sugar, Salt, Coriander, Minced Garlic, Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Ground Oregano, Ground Fennel, Cardamom
Directions:
Brush meat with oil, and sprinkle desired amount on, and allow to rest 10 to 25 minutes before pan cooking, or grilling.
