Rolling into summer the Blacksmith has just recruited a cutting edge pastry chef, Michele Morris. Working along side executive chef Gavin McMichael on new dessert menu items like The Summer Citrus Tostada, layered with phyllo, white chocolate and margarita gelee!! The Flourless Diablo Cake with gold flake and candied chilies!! Dessert samplers, and all kinds of nic-nacs, the Blacksmith Restaurant will be the sweetest ending this summer in Central Oregon.
