Zanzibar Cellars Wine Dinner

Blacksmith Restaurant + Bar + Lounge presents ZanZibar Cellars’ first-ever wine dinner on Tuesday May 20th, at which winemaker Ziad Keirouz will also unveil his winery’s first-ever chardonnay release. Wine Spectator magazine recently named Keirouz among influential new winemakers. For the dinner, Chef Gavin McMichael, sommelier Kevin Gilman and winemaker Keirouz will collaborate on a five-course menu paired with selections from ZanZibar.
